These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and MyJudi ("Company", "Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at https://myjudi.cam and all associated sub-domains.

| "KYC" | Know Your Customer — the identity and address verification process required under the Platform's compliance obligations before withdrawals are processed. |
| "Prohibited Conduct" | Any activity by a Player that constitutes cheating, fraud, collusion, abuse of promotional offers, or any other action deemed by MyJudi to be detrimental to the integrity of the Platform. |
To register and maintain an Account on the MyJudi Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and continuously thereafter:
To create an Account, you must complete the registration process accurately and in full. You are required to provide truthful, current, and complete information including, but not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact number. MyJudi reserves the right to require additional verification documentation at any stage.
Each individual may hold only one active Account on the MyJudi Platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts — whether for the purpose of exploiting promotional offers or for any other reason — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. MyJudi may, at its sole discretion, close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances therein.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify MyJudi immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. MyJudi accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to keep account credentials secure.
Prior to processing your first withdrawal — and at any point MyJudi deems necessary — you will be required to complete KYC verification by providing a valid government-issued photo identification document (Malaysian MyKad, Driver's Licence, or Passport), a recent proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within three months), and a selfie photograph holding your ID. Verification is typically completed within 24–48 hours of document submission.
MyJudi accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively via approved payment channels. Supported methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB Bank, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, RHB Bank, Visa, Mastercard, and cryptocurrency (BTC/USDT). All transactions are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). MyJudi reserves the right to modify the list of accepted payment methods at any time without prior notice.
The minimum deposit amount is RM 30 unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method. Deposits are generally credited to your Account balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. MyJudi does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may impose transaction charges for which MyJudi accepts no liability.
Withdrawal requests may only be made to a payment method previously used for a deposit on the same Account, or to an account held in your verified name. Minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50. Withdrawals for KYC-verified accounts are processed within the following indicative timeframes: e-wallet (under 5 minutes); DuitNow/FPX (5–15 minutes); bank wire (15–60 minutes). These timeframes are estimates and may vary.
MyJudi operates in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) obligations. All deposit and withdrawal requests are subject to AML screening. MyJudi reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending satisfactory completion of AML checks. Funds must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal request can be submitted.
All promotional offers, bonuses, free spins, and reward credits ("Bonuses") offered by MyJudi are subject to the specific terms published on the relevant promotion page at the time of the offer. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion.
Unless otherwise stated, all Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before the associated winnings become withdrawable as real money. Wagering requirements and contribution percentages by game type are disclosed on each individual promotion page. MyJudi reserves the right to modify wagering requirements for future promotions at any time without retroactive effect on existing active bonuses.
Any attempt to exploit, manipulate, or abuse promotional offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, using bonus funds in a manner inconsistent with genuine play, placing low-risk or hedged bets with the primary purpose of satisfying wagering requirements rather than genuine gameplay — constitutes Prohibited Conduct and will result in the forfeiture of any associated Bonus Funds and winnings, as well as potential account closure.
Bonus Funds and any associated free spins that are not used within the validity period specified in the relevant promotion terms will expire automatically without notice and cannot be reinstated. Expired Bonus Funds are forfeited without compensation.
The availability of specific games, betting markets, and sports events on the MyJudi Platform is subject to change without notice. MyJudi does not guarantee the continuous availability of any particular game or market.
In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or interruption during a game or betting round, MyJudi reserves the right to void the affected round and return any wagers placed to the relevant Accounts. Winnings credited as a result of a malfunction, software error, or human error are void and will be removed from your Account balance. MyJudi is not liable for any loss resulting from malfunctions or technical failures beyond our reasonable control.
All sports betting markets — including Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, UFC, and other events — are offered subject to the specific event rules applicable to each sport and market type. Settlement of bets is based on official results confirmed by the relevant sporting authority. MyJudi reserves the right to suspend or void any betting market at its discretion.
Minimum and maximum wager amounts per game, round, or event are displayed within the relevant game interface or betting market. These limits may be adjusted for individual Accounts at MyJudi's discretion.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Content without the prior written consent of MyJudi.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MyJudi, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from or related to your use of — or inability to use — the Platform, including but not limited to:
Nothing in these Terms shall limit MyJudi's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
MyJudi reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account, with or without prior notice, if we have reasonable grounds to believe that the Account holder has breached any provision of these Terms, is engaged in fraudulent or unlawful activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or to other players.
Where an Account is suspended or closed due to a breach of these Terms, MyJudi reserves the right to forfeit any Bonus Funds and associated winnings. Real-money balances may also be withheld pending investigation and may be forfeited if the investigation substantiates the breach.
You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting MyJudi support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of any pending transactions or applicable deductions) will be returned to you via your last used verified payment method, subject to standard withdrawal processing times.
MyJudi reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Material changes will be notified to registered Players via the email address associated with their Account and/or by posting a notice on the Platform no less than seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect, unless urgent circumstances require immediate implementation.
Your continued use of the Platform after any amended Terms have taken effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must cease use of the Platform and request account closure prior to the effective date of the changes.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which MyJudi holds its gaming licence. The parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any disputes not resolved through the Platform's internal dispute resolution process.
